I have my I 140 approved in 2006 and it has priority date. Filed my I 485 in August 2007. The priority date in the receipt is blank, guess looks to be normal.

Do you know Ozone layer depletion is because of Anti-Immigrants?

They are lazy fat bums who sit on their a$$ and fart all day from behind as well as from their mouth using hate speech. This has caused too much of harmful gases in atmostphere and have depleted ozone. Their extra weight has sunken many couches and added a lot of broken couches in junkyards. These disposed couches are adding extra weight on the earth and causing earth to sink 1 milimeter every year. A new study will soon be reported in the Onion news.

My situation:
1. My six year limit on my H-1B expires Jan 2008
2. My Priority Date is Jan 06 under EB3 category
3. My I-140 was approved on Sep 06
4. Currently waiting on my Priority Date to become current so that I-485 can be applied.
What are my options as far as changing employers? Do I have any options?

IN THE CURRENT SITUATION/TREND,
- USCIS throwing RFEs on H1 transfers
- Beware of 140 revocation by your employer though it is not valid. But will put you in mental stress
- Make sure your new position duties and its description and slaray are similar.

I am not sure on how to interpret LUD, here is the summary
1. 485 received date Aug/1/2007, notice date Sep/27/2007 - for all three of us.
2. We applied for a change of address in May/2009 and received acknowledgement from USCIS in June/2009 - for all three of us.
3. My son's RFE response acknowledgement dated July/2009.
Please help me to figure out LUD for our applications.

Hello All,
Need you guys expert advise on a problem that I have just found.
I was on L1 since 2007 and in 2008 got my H1B visa done. Since I was in the US during september and october 2008, I changed my company who held my H1B as of 1st October,2008. I dont have an H1B stamp on my passport as I have not been out of the US.
It was only yesterday that I realised I had a I-797B approval notice, which from what I read yesterday, means that I have a petition approved but without I-94.
Now my L1 I-94 on my passport is valid till November 2010.
Need your help to understand if I have an issue here for the fact that I have worked with my employer who holds my H1B for the past 9 months.
If so what are the challenges that I have and the solutions for them.

I posted this question on another thread but its on page 38-39, so thought I might post as a new thread so that I can get some answer to my concerns...
I renewed my EAD thru e-filing. Everything was ok but the address to send the Confirmation Receipt is TSC. My initial I-485 is at NSC. My address did not change anytime from the time I applied I-485.
I entered the correct info in question 11..which was:
Have you ever before applied for employment auth. form USCIS?
X Yes(if yes, continue below)
I checked yes
which USCIS office?
My answer:
LINCOLN, NE date: 08/14/2007
Should I be worried about this or can I just feel its okay?
Is this something okay?

We (parents) had applied for family based concurrent AOS in Aug, 2008 while we were on
tourist visas. We are now in India on Advance Parole(valid till Aug. 2009) that we received
after filing AOS.
Today(Feb, 2009) production of green card has been ordered for my wife and will soon be
received in USA. My case is still pending but we expect it processed soon. Thanks for all
the help.
My questions is
(a) What documents we need to show at immigration on returning to USA?. We have I-485
Notice, Advance Parole and valid Passports.
(b) Do we need to request somone in USA to mail our green cards on receipt.?
(c) How much maximum time we still can stay in India.? We wish to stay here for another 1-2
months. In any case making travel arrangements etc. is likely to take atleast 2 weeks.
(d) But is there a time limit for returning?
(e) Can we safely enter 2-3 months after the cards are received in USA, and
(f) sending GC by mail is not objectionable?
Also, in totality, Which one of these scenarios is correct:
1) Do we have to return immediately on approval of green card, enter with advance parole
only and it is not legal to mail green cards?
OR
2) It means if we can get our cards mailed and receive it here, we can safely travel back
with our green cards, even after 2 months of its receipt in USA. Overstay abroad is not an
issue whether it is 2 weeks, 2 months or even more. Am I right?
