How many do you estimate will really buy a home if there is a law like this.
Do you have any survey, any real study with proper numbers?? If its 1000 people, its not going to be worth the trouble for them. If its 20,000 real commitments, then we are talking... With downpayments of 250k and mortages for the rest, we are soon talking some pretty decent numbers here (assuming bay area kind of home prices)
Also you mentioned IV is discussing this. Do you mean core IV team is officially involved in a campaign or is this just ur own initiative.

Dear Attorney,
I have an approved H1B petition, but was given 221(g) during consular interview due to lack of license to practice my proffession in US. They instructed me to submit the license within one year to stamp the H1B visa.
Now I am comming to US on a Visitors visa to write the licensing exam and to get licenced.
I am aware of the aware of possibility of changing status from Visitors visa to H1B after getting licence without leaving US, since I already have an approved
H1B.
But I came to know that USCIS will take around 90 days to approve status change from Visitors visa to H1B.
Kindly clarify whether I can start working for my H1B employer immediately after filing status change with USCIS, or do I need to wait till the approval, to start working.

Lets not bring Age into the picture. Manmohan is not much younger either and has had 2 heart surgeries so far. Economy is not the PMs only job. The real power rests with Sonia and my personal opinion is that Advani is a lot more competent than her. Manmohan is just a mask of Congress. "Mukhvta".

He is the one who opened the country's economy. Can you give me USCIS or any other authentic Doc/link which states ICMP share is 7% of 28.6% ? In years I have not found such doc. Therefore, assuming USCIS works fairly :D I had to divide 28.6% by 5 - equal share for each country within particular category.

employment based is just one part of the immigration thing. If you think EB immigration is important - there will be thousands of opinions from people who will say why other immigration is also important.
Actually as per government's official point of view, EB comes on second priority than FB. Family union always comes on first priority.

And that is great and the world appreciates that because it shows that this country can judge a person by his skills or character and not get stuck in bigoted views about muslims or other minorities. And we love this country for that
But when it comes to India, don't you think of voting for Rahul gandhi because he might have some blood of either a parsi or ('god forbid') muslim in him. That certainly should dis qualify him, shouldn't it. Nepotism is certainly bad but this takes the cake. get your facts right first. India is not actively supporting sri lanka. It would be suicidal for india (especially considering nutcases like you that exist) to even think of that again. Sri lanka is using israeli uav's and chinese fighter aircraft and artillery to fight the ltte. In fact, india is at a strategic disadvantage now because we choose not to help sri lanka militarily. And in fact, sri lanka has always suspected india of supporting the ltte. Read about the "string of pearls" geopolitical strategy of china before letting your emotions run crazy.
India rightfully doesn't care about the ltte. Ltte is a terrorist organization. Period. They killed a former prime minister and it doesn't matter if you support the congress party or the bjp. This is beyond politics and concerns the nation. The primary humanitarian issue in the conflict so far has been with mullattivu. As soon as that stage started, shiv shankar menon, the indian foreign secretary went and conveyed india's concerns to the president and other higher officials in colombo. I know on a humorous note I was thinking people who are married are worried about their family problems.People who are not married are worried about when they will get married.Don't know who has time to worry about some politicians marriage on top of that during elections time.
Ultimately everything boils down to corruption. Huge money is going down in the pockets of big media houses, it is so damn obvious...Hindustan times, IBN & NDTV carried pictures of Priyanka Gandhi's children for 3 days on the front page, I never saw pictures or anything on Chandrababu Naidu, Yedirappa, Badal, Gehlot, Shivraj Chauhan or for that reason anybody....these kids are more important than our grassroot leaders ? The family is talking about "Rahul kee Shaadee" and the whole media is printing that, nobody's asking them where were you and what you did in last 5 years ???
