If I search my "Firstname Middlename" there are 10000 hits in google :-). And I know for sure there are few murderers , politicians and movie stars(most of them are arrested atleast once for crime or the other :-)) who have the same first name and middle name as mine back in India.Last name is what makes the full name unique.
My Namecheck was initiated Aug 4th as per TSC IO and is still pending.Looks like I am going to be waiting for a long time.

I have a question regarding the I-693 Medical exam. it was mentioned that you will need to take a vaccine for MMR, Varicella, Tetanus and Hapatitis B. it was also mentioned that they will do a tb test and a blood test for HIV and syphilis. are these all the vaccinations and blood tests required or are there aother blood test required in addition to these??

Below are the list that I have from my lawyer to prepare my I-485 :

which confirms that the job on which visa petition is based is still

10 Fee Payment made to USCIS (1 per applicant)
$325 for each I-485 filing fee
$70 for each Fingerprint fee

Imagine you are waiting for a bus.. that would not come.. then what do you do.. keep walking towards your destination.. And if there are others who want to come along with you in your safar, then it makes it more pleasant and less painful.. You all have contributed with your ideas.. Spread them and keep going..
Now I am going home.. Will send this letter to other sources also.. i will get some more contact info tomorrow.. But Always write to change.gov. No president in the past has created such an option in the past to hear us.. Don't overlook it. I made small changes in my original letter. So in case anyone copied it before 5 min, you want to take the current one..

Since the forecast is EB2-I will be current in a few years. Does that mean that someone with a PD of 2009 (EB2) would get the GC faster than someone with a PD of 2004 (EB3)?

It looks like USCIS is interpreting the rule the way they like.
It looks to me that they have lots of pressure from big companies and they are approving their applications in Particular. e.g., EB2-I with PD of 2006 are getting approvals, however EB2-I with PD in 2004 are still waiting.
There is no FIFO here and there is no clear rule. They can do whatever they like.
I am EB3-I too, plz don't take me wrong.

I agree. Other non-useful threads are more active than this.
I am surprised that all other threads are getting updated quite frequently. People are posting question related to their RFE and as usual once they get answer to their problems, they vanish. People are posting jokes on IV, but when it is their turn to call, we've to "bump" this thread and send e-mails to members. So pathetic.
I felt very sad when I read 30000+ members donated some 4000 dollars in last two months. I felt my donation of about 1000 dollars since 2006 is being wasted to answer questions of or to solve the problems of these free riders &/or one question members.

Based on your calculations , Experts, please let us know what to expect, if 12000 GC are released for EB2. Where will the cutoff come and stop..

12000 GCs for EB2 India and China means, with out any doubt it fetches 5 months forward movement.
But at present scenario EB2 China is at 22JUL06 and Eb2 India is at 08 May 2006.
On an average EB2 India has a demand of 1.5k per month.
EB2 China has a demand of 700 per month.
So the EB2 India moves 7 months ahead where as China moves 4 months ahead.
So both EB2 India and China will have the same Cut Off dates and it would/might be: May + 7 Months = December 2006 .
This is my assumtion.

I dont expect USCIS to get all emotional because of our flowers and issue an update to their updated bulletin saying they will now accept and issue green cards.
The point is that we need to make awareness that there is a HUGE community that gets affected by every move they make and that we are an active and cohesive community and also to create awareness of this debacle.
Will you guys stop this madness atleast now?. If US started bending rules for people who send flowers, then everyone will try to manipulate the system. There is a lot of difference between the circumstances of originla gandhigiri and now. :rolleyes: That was our country back then, for crying out loud.We are in a foriegn country and the issuance of visa a previlege not a right.Why cant you guys understand this simple fact?. Now stop making fools of yourself and get a life.

How come others are stupid and you are not? They did the same thing what you did. They also thought they can make some money by selling their house in few years. They are stupid because they took ARM loans? Or foreclosed before you? Did you thought about consequences before buying the house?

Answering to the question about making bad decision and having a good job..well it is not my bad decision that has brought down the whole market but the banks and stupid people who took loan and didnt knew the consequences of ARM loans and then started filing for foreclosure.. because of those foreclosures the property rates have went down and i cannot get what i paid for the house.
if this whole mess was not there then anyone can find a good job and sell his house, if not profit then atleast with no loss..

He work at client place and client is administered project.The s/w tool is copyright by client.The reason for asking him to come back is that prior to this company he worked for another company for two years. He left his old company before 5 year. when he joined his current company he has provided all the document mentioned in checklist such as offer letter, exp and releiving letter and last two month pay stub and they did BG for same document.During 5 years career he worked for diff client and everytime they did BG for him before putting him in project and there was no problem happen in his BG. recently his current employer find something wrong about his prior company and they asked him to provide more evidance for prior company.now he don't have any contact of his prior employer and he does not have any more evidnace for showing their company.
Because of this reason they are asking him to come back home country from last two week.He told his company that he tryed to connect his prior employer but he can not make out and he don't have anything more to show the company.
Please suggest what he can do in this situation.

Apparently they want everybody to forget about this ASAP, let alone attract any further interest or god forbid inquiries. I don't know who in the world can still beleive that they are a "service" and we are "customers".
I pity Gonzales now, may be Chertoff called him up and said why on the earth is he responding to flower campaign? Or may be Walter Reed Soldiers refused to accept mourning flowers. LOL....
I smell something fishy... is it just me???
