Guys, here the form to file a complaint on L1A - EB1 misuse by indian IT companies

If you have a genuine case and know the company name who resort to these shady practices, Please fill this form and send it across to DOL. You do not need to provide your personal information if you are not willing to. Rest, they will investigate and take care..
I am one of those who couldn't file in EB1 but that is past and long gone for me.

I have 3 real names. All were working for Cognizant. One had 3 years of exp. Cooked up with 4 years of B.Tech and totalled it as 7 years. Came on L1 as PM and applied in EB1. He got GC in less than 1 year. Other 2 had real 7 years exp and got GC's in 8 months. All were working at Client's place and NOT intra company transfers.
I am not selfish. But I am sure this guy with 3 years exp may one day become a boss for any of us.
This misuse will hurt the genuine cases. Shall we we go serious and complaint? I am ready to sign and submit all the proof.

you can also set auto-payment from your bank account/ credit union account. I did that through Digital Federal Credit Union.
when i tried to setup a recurring payment I got the following message.

I've used my paypal account to make one time payment to IV before but never had any issue. Is this a paypal error/issue?..could i be doing something wrong ? is there any other way to make a payment ?

For having SSN benefits, 10 years of service is (=40 credits) required on US soil. To take those benefits you do not have to be a US citizen. Except for some countries, SSN dept can send the SS check to anywhere if mailing address is provided to it. And Green Card by definition is for "Permanent Residency" meaning as long as you renew your GC, you can be in US during your whole life time without becoming US Citizen.
There are some restrictions. After 10 years, if you opt for the one time payment of your SS benefits, then you can never enter US again.

You should call NVC and check with them the status of your application, most likely they have done all the processing for you. I doubt that they have a visa number for you, if they did they would have called you for an interview already.
We completed package 3 already last August and sent the forms together with ORIGINAL certificates to the NVC as requested. They also asked for the visa fees at that time which we also paid. So I guess we already have visa numbers ?
Our sponsor company in the US is waiting since almost 3 years for my husband to start working for him. I think we're lucky that he's willing to wait so long and didn't give up at some point during this whole process ?

A lot of Desi Consulting Companies do these kinds of things. They can cook up any resume and any requirement.
Real PHD guys who worked their asses off day and night in trying to publish some worth while papers are not getting consideration for EB1 and these DCC guys with a bachelors in any discipline and 5-7yrs experience can become Multi-national executives and fall under EB1.
Nothing helps us legally working people with US Masters Degrees who have been living as law abiding citizens for years.
One of my friends who did Bachelors with me in India came to US on h1B and actually bought his EB2 Labor back in 2005 through a DCC and now has a GC. He never even told me that he did that. He told me recently after he got his GC.
I agree that is really a b*** . We pay taxes, contribute to the economy/society etc and we don't preference wheras any manager living outside can get GC in 6 months is very dissapointing. I don't blame the ppl who got through DCC like this but the law itself should be fixed.

Great Idea. Since this is Saralayar brain child, let us all nominate him/her to lead this venture , while us IV followers pursue more servile task's like trying to recapture visa numbers, get multi year EAD's and basically save our B*^$'s.

I sent to the address that was mentioned in the confirmation page. Yes I did see a LUD the next day after they received my documents.
But I am still waiting to hear from them about the Biometric appointment. Did any one here get approvals with out Biometrics after e-filing?

If cases are preadjudicated and approval is just matter of of running script to identify probable applicants then we should see all(Based on number VISA availability) the Approvals today only.
But that seems not the case.
So what is their Process to handle Preadjudicated cases?
Approval is still a paper process. System data is entered with check marks on actions to be initiated, such as Send Approval Notice, Send Card Production Order notice, etc., while paper based aproval is underway. It is not a script running even with preadjudicated cases. There may be stacks of preadjudicate files, which are distributed to IOs, and, perhaps they still perform a last minute re-review before stamping "approved".

i have no idea what ur talking about. i just looked at all the bulletins on the dos website and there was no question of retrogression till january 2005 when india and china
retrogressed to jan 2002 for EB3...it moved forward till june2005 (retrogressed to june2002) before it became unavailable.
Finally retrogression as we know it hit on october 2005 where eb2 moved to 99 and eb3 to 98
so where does "brief retrogression" in 2003 happen?
